Right before spring break, the 4th grade traveled to Penn Charter school for the 35th Annual 4th Grade Mold Symposium. It was quite a day! AFS, Plymouth Meeting Friends School, Greene Street Friends School and Penn Charter came together for a day filled with sharing science experiments and songs. The students each presented their experiments in small groups and had lively discussions about the similarities and differences between their experiments. After a pizza lunch and recess, the students performed their unique mold songs! Here are some scenes from the day and a link to the AFS mold song video.
