Our first day of kindergarten was filled with smiles, exploring new classroom spaces, building and creating, sharing and imagining, and making connections!
- read two books about first days in kindergarten and what may or may not happen
- shared summer memories
- visited Rosanne in the science room and began the first experiment of the school year
- walked to our first gym class with Mr. C, and learned about personal space in the gymnasium
- enjoyed the nature playground
- greeted new friends in the other kindergarten class as we met for an afternoon singalong and class news
The kindergarten students are off to a wonderful start and we are excited to see where the joy of learning and the growing connections take us as we move through the school year.
